Despite some negative customer reviews about service levels, this historic and legacy property is beautiful and lives up to the reputation of a Taj Property. With great customer service and exceptional hospitality, it offers an amazing stay surrounded by nature. The staff, especially Ritu at the Front Desk and Jancy at Machaan, are brilliant hosts. Despite being open during Covid, the hotel adhered to all the rules and restrictions while still remaining 5 star. However, some guests did not think it was up to 5-star standard and found it to be a total waste of money. Despite a few negative reviews, Taj West End is easily one of the best 5-star properties in Bangalore with exceptional service, talented chefs and idyllic surroundings.
