Loads of parking and free charging for cars are available just a 10-minute walk from the centre. Guests also appreciate being out of the "craziness" of the town centre while still being in a nice location, surrounded by greenery and with views of the city and castle. Overall, the location, accessibility and parking facilities seem to be a major draw for guests looking to explore Kilkenny.

Breakfast

Some guests did mention a lack of entertainment specially for kids, but others enjoyed the Jurassic park and making special memories with grandparents. While not really set up for children with limited room service options and no children's food menu, it was still an overall perfect family hotel stay. The fold out bed provided for a child in one guest's room was uncomfortable with springs coming through the mattress though.
