They are happy to help you book island experiences, rent a car and organise activities. The cleaning staff is also polite and kind, ensuring the hotel is always immaculate. Although some restaurant staff can be a little stiff and formal, the majority of the personnel are extremely amiable and helpful. Kostas, in particular, is a great guy and goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need during your stay. The bar staff are very friendly and always have a smile. The only downside is that the service at the bar and room service can be slow at times, but that's understandable given how busy they are. The hotel, the room and the staff are all exceptional, meaning you'll have an unforgettable stay.
