Despite being a little far from the center and ski lifts, the shuttle service was efficient within the given timeframe. The hotel staff and service were first-class, ensuring that everything was perfect and making us feel at home. The hotel's comfort was definitely worth the price tag and we felt pampered throughout our stay. The hotel is truly beautiful and elegant with a smoker's lounge, although lacking cigars. In summary, we had an amazing and comfortable stay in a truly luxurious hotel that is entirely deserving of its 5-star rating.
