From the moment we checked in till we left, every single person working in the hotel was so kind and friendly, creating a comfortable, family-like atmosphere. The hotel offers great service with excellent personnel who are always ready to provide any assistance. The numerous restaurants on site offer excellent food, including a fantastic children's menu with every staff member always ready to help. Overall, the staff provide exceptional service and create a welcoming environment for guests.
