The price is reasonable for such a good five-star hotel. During our family holiday, we stayed in five other hotels, but Grand Hyatt was by far the best. Although some guests mentioned that the service and food quality weren't up to the mark, they appreciated the hotel's value for money. Those who stayed in the Towers rooms above the 30th floor raved about the experience while the ones traveling on lower floors mentioned the view was unsatisfactory. This hotel is not perfect and there's always room for improvement, but it's a fabulous place to stay for those who want to enjoy a memorable vacation.
