The Lido Beach Resort - Sarasota boasts a great beach location right on the beautiful Gulf. Guests love the easy beach access and the availability of chairs and umbrellas. The beach itself is amazing and very clean with warm water and plenty of fish to see. Some guests, however, did note an unpleasant smell and dead fish washing up, but overall the beach was organized, private and beautiful. The resort is classy, clean and close to the beachfront with a pool and restaurant nearby. Many guests loved the fantastic beach and friendly staff, making for a great stay.

If you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation, Sandcastle Resort at Lido Beach should definitely be on your list. Guests raved about the beautiful, white sand beaches with miles of private beach to lounge on. Plus, the resort provides free beach towels and chairs. The beach amenities and access received high praise, as did the location directly on the beach. The pool area was also conveniently located near the beach. Although one guest found the beach unimpressive with trash and rough sand, the overwhelming majority had a positive experience. The beach is clearly one of the resort's highlights with guests calling it fabulous, beautiful and one of their favorites. With private access to the beach area and beachfront rooms, you won't have to travel far to enjoy the beautiful weather and nice beach.
