It is situated just a short 15-minute walk away from a beautiful beach and many local bars and restaurants can be found around the corner. Guests loved that everything they needed was within walking distance, including an adjacent Muay Thai Gym. Despite some guests mentioning that the area of Lamai beach may feel a little dead at the moment, others praised the hotel's central and top-notch location. One guest even called it "marvelous" and only 100 meters away from the beach. Another notable highlight of the hotel is its pool area, which received positive reviews. Though a few guests did find the rooms in the bungalows to be a little dark. Overall, guests who visited Visit Natural Detox Resort enjoyed their stay due to the hotel's great value, cooperative staff and excellent location.

The friendly and flexible staff provided exceptional attention to customers' needs and even the unhappy receptionist was in the minority. The lovely staff and great food at Wild Tribe make for a fantastic stay. The hotel atmosphere is convivial and the personnel are always friendly and helpful, making the experience at Visit Natural Detox Resort truly amazing.
