Location

The Heritage Hotel Lancaster is a great place to stay for its convenient location in the heart of Lancaster. Guests really appreciated its proximity to the Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre, shopping outlets, supermarkets and major highways. The staff, entertainment and pet policy were exceptional with a great restaurant on site. The hotel is situated perfectly within reasonable distance to all the main attractions and tourist spots in Lancaster, making it easy for guests to get around. Some guests found the location a little far from things, but overall it was fine and they loved how convenient it was to the venues they were visiting. The atmosphere is nice and the location provides a great escape from the busy town center while still being easy to get to.

Breakfast

The Heritage Hotel Lancaster offers a delicious and well-prepared breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options including two types of eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, grits or oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries and bread! Guests have also enjoyed the ability to have breakfast at the adjacent restaurant at a reduced rate. They have praised the great value and excellent quality of the breakfast buffet. Some guests were disappointed that the breakfast was not always included in their stay or that they were charged separately. However, despite Covid-19 restrictions, the majority of guests have been impressed with the breakfast selection and quality. The hotel restaurant was also highly recommended, offering exceptional food at fair prices.
