Guests appreciated the convenience and good location, making it the perfect spot for those attending events at the convention center or looking for a quieter stay in Las Vegas. It's great for travelers with dogs, as it's easy to walk them around the area. Though some guests mentioned that it's not entirely perfect and not exactly on the Strip, the hotel's proximity to everything from supermarkets to casinos more than makes up for it. Overall, it's a tranquil place to stay in Las Vegas that's conveniently located near the Convention Center.

They are professional and accommodating, always ensuring that guests have the most pleasant experience. The night supervisor who checked me in was extremely nice and helpful. Ms Lauren took good care of us promptly. Even when things went wrong, the staff were helpful with the staff being very helpful in finding and handing my lost items. However, there were some negative experiences, such as poor customer service when our reservation was messed up, a rude tone of voice from a staff member and the hot tub being out of order. Overall, the hotel is spacious, clean and quiet with nice and friendly personnel. The hotel staff speak different languages, such as French, Spanish and Korean, adding to the already great customer service.

Overall, it's a great family hotel in a quiet location, just 5 minutes away from the strip. Clean, nice and accommodating, it's no wonder families love staying here and come back for another visit.
