The hotel is excellent, but what makes it even better is the wonderful and responsive staff, willing to assist you with anything you need. Whether it's in English, German or Russian, the staff is always there to help you out. Overall, the Royal Livingstone Hotel by Anantara offers an amazing experience with an incredible staff that will leave you feeling pampered and cared for.
