Although a car may be necessary to fully explore the area due to the hilly terrain, the reliance on staff transportation is worth it for the peaceful, out-of-the-way location away from chaos. The hotel's reserve area can even be explored with the assistance of a guide, providing an up-close look at the surrounding nature and wildlife. While some guests note that the hills may not be easy to walk and the location is far from the beach, its top location for visiting Manuel Antonio National Park and the surrounding area make it a must-visit spot for nature lovers.
