Wadi Sabarah Lodge is located in a remote area, away from the hustle and bustle of noisy resorts and tourist areas. The hotel offers beautiful views of the sea and the stunning desert landscape that surrounds it. Guests can enjoy a private beach and jetty, as well as an amazing reef just outside their doorstep. Although some beaches may be privately owned by resorts, the hotel provides a calm atmosphere perfect for those who want to escape everyday life. It is located about 15 minutes from the nearest town, Marsa alam and is not really a beach place to relax. Despite being a little bit far from the main road and the sea, the hotel still provides a very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The lodge is a bit difficult to find for those who are not familiar with the area. However, for those who wish to immerse themselves in the magic and exotic setting of the desert, Wadi Sabarah Lodge is a very unique and recommended choice.

Breakfast

Wadi Sabarah Lodge provides a perfect setting for breakfast with a delicious spread of Egyptian fare and great local food. The breakfast is both organic and healthy with a mix of western and traditional Egyptian dishes. The hotel prepares breakfast boxes at 5am for guests going on activities. The local cuisine is presented with dedication and care and is absolutely delicious. The freshly baked bread is a highlight and the abundance of fruit, yogurt and juice options are a great addition. Some guests would have liked to see more meat options, but overall, the breakfast is a perfect start to the day. The cuisine at the lodge is exceptional with the chef being complimented numerous times for the high-quality and varied dishes.

Guests can enjoy their meals in the perfect setting overlooking the pool, desert, mountains, sea and stars. On request, dinner can also be made for guests at the pool. The reception is always available and the manager, Amir, is very pleasant. The restaurant team is described as very professional, present but not invasive and accommodating to dietary requirements. Some staff members may not speak English, but they are mostly described as adorable, friendly and attentive. Overall, the staff is exceptional and is what sets this lodge apart from others, making it a must-visit destination.
