Very Good

Location

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Moab enjoys a prime location near Arches National Park, making it the closest hotel to the park entrance. This makes it the perfect spot to return to after a morning in the park and guests appreciated not having to go far into town. Additionally, the river walkway was amazing and the hotel's modern facilities and free parking were appreciated. The proximity to both the park and downtown Moab make it convenient to explore the nearby national parks and our favorite road (#128). Furthermore, the hotel's location is fantastic and the pool is dreamy - tres bien place ds Moab!

Breakfast

The breakfast at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Moab is highly appreciated by many guests. It's described as delicious with a fresh selection of options, hot food choices and gluten-free alternatives. The breakfast buffet is well-liked and the breakfast sandwiches are a nice touch. Some guests enjoyed the outside pools while having their breakfast. Free breakfast every morning is also a plus. Some guests mentioned the option for room service and hot grab and go breakfast options available during COVID-19 times. However, there were a few negative comments regarding the breakfast with some guests saying the breakfast option was terrible, lacking variety and not up to standard. A few others further mentioned the use of disposable plates and utensils as not being environmentally friendly. Moab is known for its amazing natural beauty and outdoor adventures, but the staff at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Moab will make your stay even better. Guests rave about the friendly and caring attitude of the staff with many mentioning their willingness to go the extra mile to please guests. From the front desk to the pool area, nice people are everywhere and the staff is always ready to help. While some guests noted that the staff was not as responsive as they had hoped or had issues with rudeness, the majority of reviews highlight the excellent, attentive and super friendly staff. Pam at the front desk was particularly mentioned as the best. The only minor downside was that the hotel ran out of pool towels. Despite some minor issues, the helpful and friendly staff make this hotel a great choice for your Moab adventures.

The SpringHill Suites by Marriott Moab boasts an amazing pool that is loved by many guests. Families especially enjoy the fun pool area with several waterfalls and multiple hot tubs. The pool deck is impeccable and the outdoor space is fabulous with many chairs to utilize. The staff is reported to be very helpful and friendly. While the pool area can be a little noisy due to the excitement of the kids, it is still a magnificent pool overall. There are also outdoor games available for kids to enjoy. The location of the hotel is great with easy access to the entrance of Arches National Park. The only downside is that the pool is shared with the Fairfield Inn next door, which can make finding chairs a challenge at times. Despite this, the pool facilities are exceptional and the overall experience is fantastic for families.

Family

If you're planning a family trip to Moab, SpringHill Suites by Marriott might just be the perfect spot for you. Guests have repeatedly praised the hotel for being a great place for families with kids. The rooms are spacious and perfect for families of different sizes with trundle beds included in double queen rooms. Some rooms even provide a huge, modern family suite with a view of the Colorado River.

Aside from the comfortable accommodations, they also have accommodating gluten-free options for breakfast, though some have mentioned that the average kids meals are a bit pricey. Speaking of breakfast, previous guests mentioned that it was great.
