Location
Leasowe Castle Hotel boasts an exceptional location with stunning views of Wirral to Deeside and the coast. The building itself is impressive and the grounds are gorgeous. Plus, it's easy to get to and has a prime location close to amenities, the beach, Liverpool, Wales and even the Isle of Man if you fancy a ferry ride. The sea view rooms are a particular treat and it's nice to be able to see the beach from the hotel. The venue is conveniently located near a train station and within walking distance to beautiful walks and the Wirral coastal path. It's a lovely location away from the hustle and bustle of Liverpool, but still within easy reach. Overall, guests rave about the exceptional location at Leasowe Castle Hotel.

Breakfast
The breakfast at Leasowe Castle Hotel has received mixed reviews from guests. While some guests have found it to be exceptional and the highlight of their stay, others have been disappointed with the limited options and overpriced buffets. The breakfast room has been described as both nicely laid out and crowded and while some have praised the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, others have found them to be lacking in awareness when it comes to food levels and replenishing dishes. In general, guests have found a good choice of hot and cold food with excellent cooked breakfast choices, delicious food and fresh fruit available. However, the limited choice of cereals and vegetarian options has left some guests disappointed. Despite this, the location of the hotel right on the shore with stunning views out to sea, clean sandy beaches, good car parking and a nearby golf course, has brought many visitors back for more.

Dinner
Guests have had varying experiences at the Leasowe Castle Hotel when it comes to dinner. Most reviews praised the food and the quality of the meals with many describing it as "amazing" and "exceptionally good". The different choices for the main and the Brasserie's tasty offerings were also appreciated. However, some guests found the menu limited and repetitive with the same dishes available both nights of their stay. Long waiting times for food and soup, as well as bigger groups being given priority resulted in some negative reviews. Moreover, some guests were disappointed with the dining room's refurbishment and leaky ceiling. Despite the mixed experiences, dinner included in the stay was noted as "nice" and guests were provided with £50 credit per couple and a bottle of wine.

Rooms
Leasowe Castle Hotel is a beautiful building with a variety of room sizes that are clean and comfortable. Although some guests experienced small, cramped rooms or outdated decor, many rooms have been updated and are spacious and characterful. The hotel offers beautiful views of the sea and a roomy car park. While some guests reported issues with heating, noisy air conditioning or unreliable showers, many found the rooms to be well-appointed and comfortable with nice tea making facilities. Although some guests encountered dirty towels or old furniture, many appreciated the neat and clean rooms with nice views. While some guests experienced issues with the toilet seat or bathroom mould, many found the rooms to be clean and spacious with lovely views. Overall, visitors appreciated the great location and facilities that Leasowe Castle Hotel offers.

Beds
Leasowe Castle Hotel offers a comfortable stay with cozy rooms, warm atmosphere and lovely soft towels. Although some guests noted that their beds were hard or uncomfortable, others have praised the comfortable mattresses and a good night's sleep. Some rooms have two single beds pushed together, which were not a problem for most guests, but some found them uncomfortable or not flush. Additionally, a few guests complained about issues with hot water, toilet seats or housekeeping. Nevertheless, many others appreciated the great food, friendly staff and the overall comfort of their stay at Leasowe Castle.

Cleanliness
Leasowe Castle Hotel is a stunning property that has beautiful grounds and views. Our guests were generally happy with the cleanliness of the hotel, specifically noting that the bed linen and towels were clean and well presented. While some rooms and general areas like the breakfast room were very clean and tidy, some guests suggested that a more thorough clean including under the beds and sofas, radiators and detailed attention would improve overall cleanliness. However, some guests encountered cleanliness issues in their specific rooms such as dirty bathrooms, mould and stains on the ceiling. Still, many guests praised their spacious, clean and presentable rooms with lovely views. Although some communal toilets were a bit dirty, the property itself was spotlessly clean and well presented. Despite the carpets being a bit smelly and dirty in some areas, overall, guests were happy with the cleanliness of Leasowe Castle Hotel.

Staff
Leasowe Castle Hotel is a fantastic destination that boasts incredible amenities and unparalleled service. The staff here are warm, hospitable and exceptional in their various responsibilities. The majority of the staff were praised for their politeness and efficiency, making guests feel welcome and cared for. The chefs are particularly good, which is evident in their mouth-watering cuisine. The cleaning staff and bar/glass collection staff also earned praise for their attentiveness and friendliness.

Although there were reviews of staff shortages, the majority of guests found the staff to be lovely and professional, always willing to go above and beyond. However, there were a few reviews of staff members who were not very friendly or helpful.

Overall, the hotel’s receptionists, bar staff and dining staff were particularly helpful and professional. They made guests feel at home and provided tailored services that left them feeling special. In one instance, the head waiter went above and beyond to create a five-star dining experience for his guests.

Despite some minor issues raised in the reviews, Leasowe Castle Hotel’s staff emanate a friendly and courteous vibe that truly enhances the hotel experience. Of course, some issues with staff shortages and unprofessional behavior were mentioned, but these incidents were isolated cases.

Beach
The Leasowe Castle Hotel is a lovely venue located in a picturesque location by the sea. Despite some guests mentioning there is no direct access to the beach, the hotel is situated just a short 5-minute walk away. Overall, the location is fantastic for coastal walks and there are great local walks to explore. While some guests noted that the beach is desolate and access could be improved, others enjoyed their time by the clean, sandy beach. The quaint venue also offers sea views over a nearby golf course. If you're looking for a quiet location near the seaside and to enjoy some coastal walks, the Leasowe Castle Hotel is a great choice.

Parking
One of the perks of staying at Leasowe Castle Hotel is the ample free parking available on site. Many guests have noted that it is easy and convenient to park their cars at the hotel without having to worry about any extra fees. In fact, some have even praised the hotel's location, which is within walking distance of a metro station that can take you directly into the city centre. While there may not always be a porter available to help with bags, the accommodating parking situation more than makes up for any inconvenience. However, it is worth noting that the road leading up to the hotel can be a bit bumpy in some spots. Despite this, the hotel's guests seem to agree that the parking situation is one of the many great aspects of their stay.
