The rooms are beautifully designed and kept nice and clean by the staff. Guests have found everything they needed easily onsite making their stay hassle-free. Some rooms were reported to be smaller in size, but overall they were comfortable with clean beds. The resort features big rooms that are perfect for families or groups. However, a few guests encountered minor issues in their rooms such as broken coffee machines, plug issues in the bathroom sink and door locks that were tough to open. Despite this, the staff members at the hotel were helpful and quickly assisted guests with any concerns.

For the most part, the staff is described as polite, accommodating and helpful. Mariah and Amani stood out for their exceptional service at the front desk with welcoming and beautiful personalities. The hospitality at Vista Collina was excellent and the employees were all friendly and welcoming, always with a smile on their faces. Even employees at the on-site grocery store were described as extremely nice and friendly. The staff's hard work is visible as they are always ready to offer assistance even if not requested initially. A few guests reported difficulty in understanding the staff, but overall it sounds like they made everyone feel special, regardless of whether they had pets or not. Our travelers recommend this hotel and its attentive staff for an amazing stay.
