Guests raved about the hotel's central location, which allows for easy access to everything. Some even labeled it as a fantastic location within reach of the town of NAPA. Whether you're in Napa Valley for business or pleasure, the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa is the perfect place to stay.

If you're looking for a hotel with great staff, Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa is the place to be. The front of house staff are outstanding and the staff overall are great. The bartender, Pedro, is wonderful and Nicole at the front desk provides incredible service. There are also wonderful ladies who are so helpful and delightful to deal with. The guy at check-in is very gentle and the lady at the breakfast kiosk is very nice. The staff is the best part of your stay in this hotel. Everyone is extremely polite, welcoming and respectful. Mr. Shedrick Jackson, Brent and Blossom Price provide great customer service. Camille at the coffee shop is a very pleasant individual and simply a sweet soul. The front desk staff are warm and helpful. Overall, the location is great and the staff are friendly for the most part. Unfortunately, there were a few negative comments such as the service being horrible and the staff not being too supportive. However, the vast majority of guests rave about the amazing, responsive and cautious staff.
