Very Good
Location
If you're looking for a quiet and private retreat in Napa Valley, Silverado Resort might be the perfect place for you. Guests have raved about its fantastic location, which is central to all of the amenities Napa Valley has to offer. Not only is it close to the town of Napa and dozens of wineries, it's nestled in the mountains of Napa Valley on the eastern side, providing a beautiful setting surrounded by natural beauty. The resort is conveniently located close to restaurants, vineyards and shopping centers. For golf enthusiasts, the resort has a fantastic 18-hole golf course that overlooks the beautiful grounds. If you're into exploring the wine country, the resort is situated in an excellent location that provides easy access to Yountville, St. Helena and Calistoga. The resort is historic and picturesque with lovely grounds featuring tennis courts and stunning views. While some rooms may be impacted by noise from nearby streets or construction, overall, the location and grounds of this resort are fantastic.

Breakfast
When it comes to breakfast at the Silverado Resort, guests have mixed reviews. While some were disappointed with the lack of breakfast options or the quality of the food (including fake Canadian bacon), others raved about the on-site restaurant's great breakfast and the delicious options available at the pool and café. The service at breakfast was consistently good with some guests praising the server at The Grill. However, some reviewers wished coffee came with cream and sugar condiments or that they were offered more than one cup of regular coffee each. If you're looking for a quick breakfast or coffee, the resort has a market available. Just be sure to get there early, as some guests reported that sandwiches and salads ran out by 1:30 pm. Overall, it seems that breakfast at the Silverado Resort can be hit or miss, but with some good options available on-site, it's definitely worth checking out.

Dinner
Silverado Resort offers a variety of options for dinner, ranging from an on-site restaurant to a grill and a market cafe. While some guests found the restaurant to be too pricey, others loved the food and menu. The Grill had fabulously delicious food, though there were some negative reviews regarding the limited wine selection and poor management. Despite this, some guests commended the staff's pleasant and accommodating nature. Guests also mentioned the complimentary wine and dessert they received, making for a delightful dining experience. On the other hand, some diners found the food to be subpar and the service slow. The resort’s concierge facilitated dinner reservations off-site when needed. Overall, guests were pleased with the dinner options and the resort offered a selection that would suit everyone's tastes.

Rooms
If you're looking for spacious, comfortable rooms at the Silverado Resort, you won't be disappointed. The mansion rooms are particularly nice with private outdoor spaces and updated bathrooms. The cottage-style rooms are also attractive, though the general facilities look a bit tired from the outside. Inside, they are clean and offer decent water pressure in the showers. Keurig machines and metal water bottles are nice touches and some rooms have balconies with furniture. The suites are perfect for families, offering separate bedrooms with comfortable beds. However, some guests noted that the rooms in the cottage section were on the smaller side and in need of updating. Some guests also experienced noise from neighboring rooms or faulty air conditioning units. Overall, if you don't mind a few minor inconveniences, the Silverado Resort is a lovely place to stay.

Beds
Looking for comfortable beds during your stay in Napa Valley? Look no further than Silverado Resort, where guests rave about the marvelously comfortable beds. While some guests have reported minor issues, such as dark spots on bedding, overall the beds are described as very comfortable. The room itself is also noted as being comfortable, meeting guests' expectations for a relaxing stay. While some guests find the beds too stiff, this is acknowledged as a matter of personal preference. Overall, if you're looking for a comfortable bed in Napa Valley, Silverado Resort is a great choice.

Cleanliness
Silverado Resort is a very clean and well-maintained property with many guests praising the cleanliness of their rooms. Guests have described the rooms as spacious and comfortable with everything looking clean and beautiful. The resort grounds are also well-kept and peaceful, making for a relaxing stay. While some guests have reported cleanliness issues such as dirty balconies and old food crumbs, these seem to be isolated incidents. Overall, the resort's cleanliness standards appear to be high with guests enjoying their stay in clean and comfortable accommodations.

Staff
The staff at Silverado Resort have received mixed reviews from guests with some being extremely friendly and helpful, while others were rude and unaccommodating. The check-in process received both positive and negative feedback with some guests finding it quick and easy, while others waited for extended periods or encountered unhelpful front desk staff. However, it is worth noting that many guests praised the staff for going above and beyond in making their stay a pleasant experience. The pool staff, in particular, received high praise for being polite and helpful. While some guests found the service in the restaurant lacking, others found the mansion bar servers to be excellent. Overall, guests commented on the cleanliness of the resort and the willingness of the staff to help with any issues that arose during their stay.

Spa
The spa at the Silverado Resort is a luxurious experience that guests have praised for its relaxation and rejuvenation qualities. While some reviewers mentioned issues with Spa reservations, blaming Booking.com for not communicating, others raved about the amenities offered by the spa. Though the use of spa facilities may not be included in the price, it is well worth paying for the opportunity to use the bigger pool, which guests found to be amazing. The spa itself was described as very nice and the massages were regarded as the best ever. Despite some tiny issues such as everything seeming to be broken from steam in the spa and the pool being reserved for those with treatments and having no lap swim lanes, guests had a great spa experience overall. Visitors enjoyed the availability of free fitness classes outside such as the TRX class which they described as great. Overall, the guests' experiences with the spa were overwhelmingly positive, though some reported not being able to use the large pool by the spa, which caused disappointment.

Pool
Silverado Resort boasts lovely grounds and a relaxing setting, making it a great option for a fun and relaxing vacation. The pool is awesome and inviting, but keep in mind that there is only one main pool and it can get overcrowded at times. The pool bar is a nice touch but closes early on Fridays. If you're looking for a quieter experience, the spa pool may be a better option, but keep in mind it reserved for those with treatments. Families will enjoy the fun atmosphere with lots of laughing children and the delicious smell of the grill. However, if you're looking for a more serene experience, it may be better to rent a cabana for the day. The pool staff is attentive to guests' needs, but some may find it challenging to get access due to COVID safety requirements. Overall, the property is beautiful and the excellent staff at the pool will ensure that you have a super fun experience.

Tennis
Silverado Resort boasts some truly lovely and well-maintained tennis courts, according to guest reviews. Many guests found the tennis facilities here to be top-notch with some even remarking that the courts were great. Although some visitors did express disappointment that not all the courts were open and available during their stay, those who were able to play were impressed by the quality of the courts and the tennis machine that was available. Overall, tennis enthusiasts will find plenty to love at Silverado Resort.

Family
Looking for a family-friendly destination for your next vacation? Look no further than Silverado Resort and Spa! Guests rave about the spacious accommodations, which can easily accommodate large groups or families of four. While there aren't many organized activities specifically for kids, there's still plenty to keep young ones entertained - from the on-site market to the sprawling resort grounds perfect for running around. Families with older kids will appreciate the golf course and transportation service to nearby restaurants. One traveler even called the resort "brilliant for are kid." But be warned - this is a popular spot for families, so prepare for crowds at peak times. Some guests noted that the pool could be rowdy with kids and lines can form for coffee service. However, if you're looking for a relaxing getaway with the whole family, Silverado Resort and Spa might just be the perfect pick - one guest even said they're "coming back with family and friends soon."

Golf
Silverado Resort is a golfer's paradise with beautiful facilities and access to two of the most amazing golf courses in the area. The pro shop is very accommodating and the staff is helpful and professional. Most guests enjoyed sitting on the golf course and admiring the view, while others enjoyed morning walks on the immaculate greens. The upkeep of the property is first class and some guests even recommended staying in a cottage suite on the golf course for the ultimate experience. While some faced issues with carts and water on hot days, overall the golfing experience was fabulous. With brilliant views, exceptional access to PGA courses and a good price, it's no wonder why the golf courses at Silverado Resort are highly recommended by guests.

4 Star
Silverado Resort in Napa is a lovely resort with a beautiful location according to guest reviews. While some guests found it to be perfect, others felt it was a bit overpriced for the level of service they received. While the hotel is gorgeous, some guests felt that the customer care was not the best. Overall, guests had high expectations for the four-star resort and while some were disappointed, others found it to be very good. The amenities were a bit hit or miss with some guests saying that most were not available while others enjoyed what was offered. While the hotel is a great place to stay, it may not be the best value for the price. Ultimately, each guest's experience will vary, but there is no denying that the resort is hermoso.

Outdoor Pool
Silverado Resort is a stunning property with lovely grounds perfect for a relaxing escape. Despite some limitations due to Covid, the hotel managed to maintain a good upkeep of their facilities while providing good food options onsite. The highlight of the guests' stay was undoubtedly the pool, although there was only one pool open due to Covid restrictions. Despite this, guests were able to lounge at the pool and enjoy a good swimming experience. The smaller pools close to the room were unfortunately closed for safety reasons, but the staff were phenomenal in making sure their guests had a good time. Despite some minor issues such as limited access and unclean outdoor seats, the overall experience at the pool was positive and enjoyable. Guests highly recommend the property and the good pool experience it offers.

From the lovely, spacious accommodations to the gorgeous, well-maintained property, everything about this resort screams exclusivity and elegance.
