The shuttle service was amazing and you never have to drive yourself or Uber anywhere because of the convenience of the shuttle. Breakfast

The breakfast was described as excellent, delicious, outstanding and beyond expectations. The buffet had a great selection of hot breakfast items, including French toast, yogurt, fruit, bread, sweet rolls and juices. The restaurant inside the hotel was also great and convenient with live music every night. There was a coffee bar with pastries and a late-night self-serve snack area for guests. The only downsides were the coffee shop closing early and the basic breakfast not being included in the room rate. However, the great food, above-average selection and outstanding service are reasons to try the breakfast options here.

Staff
If you're looking for a hotel with attentive and friendly staff, consider the Holiday Inn Nashville Vanderbilt, an IHG Hotel. The shuttle drivers are always willing to assist you and the front desk staff is known for their exceptional service. The breakfast is excellent and served by a beyond great waiter, while the employees are always friendly and accommodating. Many guests mention how exceedingly helpful and professional the staff are. From the shuttle drivers to the host, every staff member seems to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The staff's service is so exceptional that even when things don't go as planned, they're quick to make things right; for example, one very helpful staff member reimbursed a guest. However, there were a few instances where guests did not have the best experience with some staff members being seen as rude or indifferent. Parking
When it comes to parking at the Holiday Inn Nashville Vanderbilt, prices seem to be a common issue among guests. With some stating that the fee is outrageous and excessive and others feeling that an additional fee on top of an already high room rate is unnecessary. However, there are a few positives from guests, noting that while parking is tight, it is adequate and easy to access. The helpful valets are also a plus. Some guests have noted that the parking lot was limited due to a roofing project and others have stated that there is a lack of free, accessible handicap parking. There are also mixed reviews on the parking lot's safety and security with some reviews lacking trust in the gate's proper operation. For those using motorcycles, there is a dedicated spot specifically for their use. In summary, be prepared to pay for parking, but the convenience of the lot's access and the valets' help ease the burden.
