The hotel is dead central and conveniently located in close proximity to most tourist attractions, giving easy walking access to everything. Guests rave about the hotel's incredible, great and excellent location that is spot on, centrally located and ideally situated just one street up from The Empire State Building between 5th & Broadway with a Subway Station on the corner giving easy access to the rest of NYC. The location is perfect and is within walking distance of all NY attractions, close to a great breakfast spot, Macys and nearby street bar called Memory Lane. The hotel's cleanliness and good amenities are also noted as well as the hospitality of the staff. Overall, Kixby is an ideal hotel for those who want to discover the city on foot or by subway due to its excellent location central to most tourist things and Penn station.

However, some guests weren't very pleased with the staff at reception, but supervisor Natalia always stepped in to assist. The location, cleanliness and hospitality of the staff are exceptional, making Kixby hotel an excellent choice for a comfortable stay. From the accommodating and very pleasant staff to the extremely bemüht und hilfsbereit personal, Kixby's team is simply lovely.
