Guests can easily stroll to the waterfront, car auction place, tennis center and mansions of the city. Off-street parking is ample and the location is easy to find, making it a convenient base for first-time visitors. The neighborhood is lovely with quiet streets that boast picturesque old homes, museums and art galleries. Furthermore, the hotel is within easy reach of bars and casinos making it a top spot for night owls. Overall, the Marshall Slocum Inn is situated in a stunning location, making it a great choice for guests who want to explore the area on foot.

Breakfast

Our guests have had a great experience staying with us and have described our location as great and ideal with a charming old house and a nice backyard. Our historic home is in a peaceful and convenient location, off the beaten track and yet close enough to walk into town.

Our rooms are cozy and beautifully decorated with great furnishings and details, as well as quality towels and silence. Guests have loved the bed and breakfast and have found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. We have some great amenities like coffee in the morning and single serve breakfast items available for purchase.

Our property is beautiful, very clean and provides great parking facilities. Our visitors have described their stay as sensacional and fantastic with one person even describing it as "a piece of Kennedy". We provide exceptional service and ensure that our guests have a comfortable stay in our superb inn. Overall, our guests have loved their experience and can't wait to come back, which is a testament to the quality of our facilities and services.

Our family enjoyed this lovely historic property and would definitely go back for future visits to Newport.
