Whether you're traveling with family or alone, the location is just right. The hotel offers great amenities, including plenty of hand sanitizers located throughout and the staff is extra nice. With so much to do in the area, you won't regret choosing the Newport Marriott Hotel & Spa as your home base for your Newport adventure.

There were a few comments about some staff members being unprofessional, but overall, the majority of guests praised the staff as being very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Freddie, the attendant, was particularly mentioned as being very welcoming and funny. Although a few guests had reservations about the front desk staff, others praised people like Debbie and Beckie for going above and beyond to make their stay a pleasant one. The restaurant at the hotel had great breakfast options, which was made even better by the friendly staff. Valet guys were also mentioned as being awesome. Even though some of the customer service needed improvement, many guests expressed their satisfaction with the excellent staff, including the head manager Mark.

The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable and we loved everything about our stay. While it would have been nice to have breakfast included in the price of the room, we did order a "milk and cookie" platter for our room (although we did have a slight issue with an oat allergy). Unfortunately, our teen kids were a bit disappointed with the lack of included activities for their age group and we did face some issues with limited towels and no room service. However, overall, my family loves this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.
