Summary of reviews related to the 'Beachfront' categoryThe Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa boasts a small private beach that is perfect for laying out and soaking up the sun. Though some guests would have preferred a larger sandy beach, the rocky beach area was still nice for swimming and admiring the beautiful views. The pool and beach were both clean and inviting, providing a relaxing spot to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Some guests did have difficulty accessing the beach due to rocky terrain, but overall the beach was enjoyed by many. Keep in mind that Key West is not known for its beaches as it is built on coral, so guests should not expect to find long stretches of sand. That being said, the hotel's private beach offered a peaceful retreat from the crowds with iguanas and chickens for company.
