The hotel offers complimentary tai chi and yoga classes that guests absolutely loved. The yoga classes were a particular highlight with many mentioning that they were the perfect way to begin the day. Not only that, but guests were also treated to a complimentary spa treatment, making for a truly relaxing getaway. Some guests did mention that the Taichi and yoga classes should start earlier (6AM for Taichi and 7AM for yoga), but overall the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. The only minor downside was that some guests found the staff waiting for customers in the Treatment room during the morning yoga class to be slightly disruptive to the peaceful atmosphere of the class. But with such great yoga facilities and activities available, it's no wonder guests were raving about their experience at Vedana Lagoon Resort & Spa.
