While the hotel is not as conveniently located for outside activities as other places down south in Nusa Dua, the great service and facilities more than made up for it. The hotel had limited options for kids and vegetarian meals, but overall it was a great place for everyone. The staff was amazing and attentive, especially the waiter at the Italian restaurant and the older gentleman at the pool bar who treated my daughter exceptionally well. Although there was no kids club open during our stay, the hotel was still a wonderful place to stay with my family, aged 1-75! The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning next year for a longer stay with our friends.
