While there is no free breakfast, our guests say that the breakfast buffet is awesome and well worth the extra cost. However, some guests did have issues with their rooms with some not getting the rooms they had booked or having to switch due to mold or cleanliness issues.
Noise can also be a problem at times with noisy children waking up early and groups of people causing disturbances in the hallways. And while the hotel only provided breakfast vouchers for two people despite booking for four, overall our guests found the Hilton Columbus at Easton to be the perfect size for families of five.
