The staff is always kind and they go out of their way to be helpful. If you ever encounter an issue, the service is excellent and they are quick to resolve it. Every staff member, from the front desk to the kitchen staff, is extremely friendly and helpful. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk are always professional and attentive. The lady that runs breakfast is the highlight of the whole stay with her huge smile and kindness. The staff is so sweet that they'll even make scrambled eggs for your kiddo. Trust us when we say this - the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Omaha West is excellent.
