Despite being outdoor, guests can still enjoy the bonus of a Jacuzzi beside the pool, especially at night. Although some travelers noted that the pool was cold, it did not stop them from enjoying it. The absence of lifeguards in the pool did not pose a problem for most guests and they still find the pool setup great. The hotel staff was friendly and most guests love the fact that their rooms face the pool area. However, the swimming pool is not temperature controlled and the quality of the water in the outdoor Jacuzzi can sometimes be bad. The hotel should also look into replacing the artificial grass by the pool. Nevertheless, the pool is still a plus and a heated pool option would be great.
