The property is great and there are plenty of excellent facilities to enjoy. The hotel really does live up to its superb reputation with exceptional service and overall experience. Although some guests found the rooms to be on the small side and expensive, the quality of the hotel itself more than compensates for it. It's surprising that it isn't rated as a 5-star establishment considering how much nicer it is than many other 4-star hotels. Overall, staying at Rizzo Center, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel is a fine experience that won't disappoint.

Many guests have had a great stay at this exceptional boutique hotel located in the heart of town. The hotel is stunning with comfortable and accommodating rooms. The best part of this hotel is its unique blend of a house and a hotel giving guests a charming and personalized experience. Some guests were disappointed that coffee/tea makers were not available in the rooms or lobby and others were disappointed if their balcony overlooked a fast food parking lot. However, guests did commend the helpfulness of the staff who happily made their cup of tea at the desk. While the cost of the hotel is significantly higher than other accommodations around, visitors could not deny that the Graduate Chapel Hill is a very good choice for their stay in Chapel Hill.
