Villa Ammende's colourful history reaches back to year 1904. The villa got its name from the Ammende family who built it following the latest fashion trends of the time, and inhabited it for nearly a quarter of the century until they had to sell it to the city of Pärnu because of debts.

Villa Ammende, built on 1905 for the joyous wedding celebrations, opened as a luxury hotel and fine dining restaurant almost 100 years later, is carefully renovated charming historical city chateaux, nestled in the ancient park area of Pärnu, the summer capital of Estonia. Our villa is exceptionally beautiful architectural landmark of Estonia and of the whole Baltic region and one of few Art Nouveau hotels in the world.

As you probably already guess, Villa Ammende is not your regular Pärnu hotel. We are a cosy boutique hotel for those with an appetite for something unique. In 2020 we went through another extensive refurbishment, obviously we kept all the unique Art Nouveau features. However, added a touch of modern comforts and solutions so you could enjoy the time with Ammende family even more. Our 19 rooms include both cosy attic rooms and elegant suites with a noble history, each and every one of them has a character of its own. It’s a stay in Pärnu with a special flare!
Our villa is a beloved place for holiday, romantic weekends and gourmet vacations, for special events, business trips and corporate meetings around a year.

Sky Parlor Double or Twin Room Rooms are located in the Main House on the Sky Parlor floor. Each is stylishly decorated and comes with a bathroom with a shower. Cozy hotel rooms for the lovers of the attic room romance.

Master´s Floor Junior Suite Blue and Yellow rooms on the Master's' is located on the Master’s floor of the main building. They come with antique furnishings and a sofa-bed for children. Yellow room boasts with a bright veranda at summer time

Master´s Floor Suite with Sauna Both suites comprises of a bedroom, a living room with a fireplace, and a bathroom with a sauna. In one of the rooms there is also a balcony

Master´s Floor Mahogany Suite Mahogany is on the Master's floor of the main building and it comes with wonderful hand-polished mahogany furniture. The suite has large windows overlooking the garden and a balcony. The spacious bathroom has a hot tub.

Sky Parlor Junior Suite with Sauna This mansard split-level room features a bathroom with a sauna. There is a seating area featured on the second level and a sofa-bed for children.

Garden Villa Single Room The air-conditioned rooms are located in the Garden Villa next to the main building. There is a TV and minibar in the room and a bathroom with a shower.

Sky Parlor Spacious Double or Twin Room The spacious twin/double room features air conditioning, a minibar, as well as a private bathroom boasting a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. This twin/double room has a coffee machine, a safe deposit box, TV, as well as wine/champagne for guests.

Garden Villa Spacious Double or Twin Room This bright room is located in the Garden Villa, next to the main building. The room has large windows overlooking the garden and feature a bathroom with a bath.
