The Royal Wing Suites & Spa Pattaya is a true 5 star hotel with excellent attention to detail. The rooms are over-the-top with a circular jacuzzi tub and luxurious fragrances in the towels and linens. Guests have consistently praised the hotel for its excellence and the rooms have been described as magnificent, large and spotlessly clean. Plus, there's the added bonus of a carousel entertainment center. While one guest had a minor issue with the size of the room, most guests have been impressed by the high standards of this luxurious hotel.

The staff here are truly exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a fantastic stay. From Ms. Natandra who is worth her weight in gold to Thibault Sellier, the Resident Manager, there's not a single member of staff who isn't incredibly helpful and gracious. Cheeky, the assistant manager, is a delight to deal with and guests also appreciate the lovely lady at the daytime reception. Burlay does an excellent job with housekeeping, while Ratchanee is the pool girl everyone wants to befriend. Tam in the restaurant is an absolute gem and the concierge, wait staff and management are all incredibly kind as well. One guest even said that the service here is "the Best, the best, the best," and it's easy to see why. The hotel is spotless and beautifully presented, so it's no surprise that guests comment on the cleanliness of the rooms and the stunning grounds.
