From the front desk clerk, who even texted us after we settled in to make sure our room was up to par, to Jose and Joseph who helped our large family get situated, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We especially loved the two women who fed us yummy breakfast during our stay. While there was one unfriendly front desk clerk, every other staff member we encountered was wonderful. They were courteous, professional, very responsive and, overall, excellent. Plus, the hotel offers a good breakfast. So if you're looking for a hotel with a friendly staff, Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix Airport South is the perfect choice.
