The location of RISE Uptown hotel received mixed reviews but mostly positive. Some guests found it convenient due to its proximity to light rail, Phoenix downtown, airport and surrounding cities like Scottsdale. The area around the hotel was praised for its great things to do, good restaurants and lovely pool area to relax in after a long day. Although some guests found the location interesting and convenient for exploring the Alhambra neighborhood, others found it less than ideal due to its distance from the main area with breweries and sports venues and the fact that it was a little outside the city.
