The concierge, Sofia, was great and supported guests with various things such as restaurant reservations, tourist spots and activities. The staff was really helpful, friendly and always willing to assist with carrying bags to the room. Elisabeta was very nice and Irina was always available and recommended a lot of things with a strong customer focus. The staff were discreet and really adorable with a great sense of caring for guests. The owner provided impeccable service and was very attentive. Guests also enjoyed the fantastic terrace view overlooking the sunset and the nearby Rosemary restaurant with delicious meals and friendly service. The staff provided a warm welcome and excellent treatment, including super service with luggage. Despite some comments about the owner not being very affable, overall, guests had a fantastic experience with Luna Santorini Suites' staff.
