The spa was particularly good with the water slide and outdoor pool being the most popular among children. The resort is also very child-friendly and offers value for money. However, some guests with disabilities felt they required more special services. While the rooms were spacious and clean, some needed refurbishing and repairs, such as broken plugs and bathroom doors. Despite this, the resort provided junior beds and potties for families with toddlers and the glassed-in balconies were a nice touch. The water park, playground and activity park were the highlights, though some guests found the distance from the spa on rainy days with small children challenging. Overall, the resort offers a great family experience and the gracious staff at the reception and R-kiosk made guests feel welcome.
