Location

Pongwe Bay Resort is a true paradise located in an isolated and peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful white sand beaches and a grand lagoon. The beach area is nice, calm and perfect for relaxation. The intact palm forest and beautiful gardens make this place truly stunning. Although the beach is rocky and has an extreme tide, the view is astonishing with one step from the beach. The hotel is facing the sea and directly located on the beach - an oasis of tranquility away from the masses. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the property with different price ranges. However, outside the hotel, there is not much to explore and nothing to do in the surrounding areas. The location is a bit far from Stone town and ZNZ airport, taking about an hour, but it is worth it. The hotel rooms and facilities are worth the money, while the location is best to reach any destination. An amazing and unforgettable holiday destination.
