If you're looking for a comfortable night's sleep, the beds at this hotel are really comfortable with many guests raving about the exceptionally comfy beds and pillows. Despite a few negative comments about the beds and pillows, overall, the majority of guests were very happy with the comfort of the beds at Lotus Provincetown.

Location

Lotus Provincetown boasts the best location in town with many guests praising its central location on Commercial Street. The hotel is located in a very active part of Provincetown, ideal for those who want to be right in the heart of the action. The location couldn't be more perfect with guests able to walk to everything they need for dinner, drinks and entertainment. The convenient location also offers excellent proximity to the ocean -just across the street. The hotel is situated right off the main street and is within walking distance of all of the town's top attractions. The breakfast is excellent and friendly staff further complement the positive experience. Overall, the location of Lotus Provincetown is superb and guests will enjoy being in the center of everything.

Breakfast

Guests at Lotus Provincetown enjoyed a delicious and filling breakfast experience during their stay. Although breakfast couldn't be served onsite due to Covid-19, the hotel made arrangements by providing coupons to a nearby coffee place or bakery. Some guests did not utilize the included breakfast, but those who did gave positive reviews about the quality of the food. The breakfast was included in the final price and guests were given coupons ranging from $5.00 to a full complimentary meal at nearby eateries. Despite some confusion regarding the availability of breakfast, guests were generally satisfied with the alternative arrangements made by the hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, especially room 26 that offered a fantastic view of Commercial Street. Although some rooms were small with tiny bathrooms, they were still well appointed and immaculate. Despite not having a lot of room, some guests found the room adequate for two people. One guest found their room to be super cute and another claimed that their room was nice and cozy, even without power due to a blizzard. However, some guests found the ceiling sloping down and the bathroom tiny. Overall, Lotus Provincetown hotel's rooms offer a comfortable and cozy place to stay with clean and attractive accommodation.

Miss Jennifer, the house manager, checked with guests daily to ensure they had everything they needed. Visitors have also mentioned the lovely and friendly owner of the hotel. Staff members like Greg were described as fabulous, excellent hosts who were always willing to help. The remote staff was also responsive and offered great service. Even during trying times, the staff at Lotus Guest House remained amazing and ensured guests' safety while providing an enjoyable experience. Although there were a few mishaps, like staff forgetting to give new vouchers every day, overall, visitors enjoyed the warm and thoughtful hospitality provided by the Lotus Provincetown staff.
