Every employee treats guests as if they were special guests. The staff is very friendly and responsive, making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Wonderful waiters like Gerardo Ramirez, Eduardo and Juan provide excellent service at the hotel. The staff at this hotel is above and beyond with guests raving about the great service, friendliness and attentiveness of the staff.
