Guest reviews of Dreams Onyx Resort & Spa - All Inclusive highlight both positive and negative aspects of the hotel's rooms. On the positive side, the hotel offers modern and spacious rooms with excellent distribution and comfortable beds. Some rooms even come with a Jacuzzi on the balcony, which guests enjoyed. Additionally, the hotel is situated on beautifully kept grounds. However, there were some issues reported, including over 10 problems with the room, the need for maintenance in some areas such as shower and bathroom and a lack of hotel slippers. Guests also reported that some rooms were old, damp or hot with no bathroom fans. Although the distance from the rooms to various parts of the hotel is a bit of an issue, staff hospitality was said to be excellent. Overall, while some guests had issues with their rooms, others found them spacious, clean and comfortable.
