Although some guests mentioned that the pool was showing signs of age and in need of updating, the hotel staff was continuously cleaning and taking water samples to ensure safety. Guests were also able to enjoy a private beach with comfortable lounge chairs to relax in the shade or sunbathe and a fantastic bar with excellent drinks. Some guests found the two pools to be too hot, but this was an isolated incident. The resort's garden area is well-maintained and the beach facilities are great, except that some parasols and sunbeds were in poor condition. One kids' pool was closed for maintenance during their stay. Overall, while some guests were critical of the pool area, most found it enjoyable and would recommend a stay at Krabi Resort to others.
