Guests enjoyed the great food and ambiance at both the on-site restaurant and café for both breakfast and dinner. The spa service is spectacular and guests could not speak highly enough of the experience. The pools, lazy river and water park amenities are excellent attractions and well-maintained. The staff is warm, friendly, helpful and attentive with many named exceptionally for their service. While some guests found the rooms a bit outdated, others loved the set-up and found them comfortable. Despite mixed opinions on the beds, guests generally found the rest of the room enjoyable. The pool is the standout feature of the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa with many guests raving about the water slide, lazy river and splash-pad; they are hits with the little ones and adults. Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa is a magnificent resort with beautiful grounds. Guests enjoy stunning views of the lake and golf course from their rooms. Although the property is not located in Palm Springs proper, the location is ideal for visiting Palm Desert and Palm Springs. The hotel sits across from a mall and there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, making it a fantastic location for families. Guests enjoy the convenience of parking and the easy access to local attractions. While some guests noted construction near their rooms, others appreciated being close to the pool. The pool, Splashtopia water park and lazy river are fantastic amenities and the location of this resort is indeed perfect for a family vacation.

Breakfast
