The water slides and ball drop celebration are great for kids and there are plenty of activities and amenities for families. The pool and splash area are perfect for families of four and the resort is very kid-friendly. Food variety is good and entertainment is aplenty for kids while adults can relax. The facilities are great, including a water park, kids' activities and even golf. Although some rooms may have screaming children, this resort is overall a nice place to escape with the family. The resort is also upscale and has fantastic staff. However, some guests mention that there aren't enough group chairs in the "beach" area for families. Guests can pay extra for a cabana for their families, but it's expensive. Nonetheless, the lazy river and family pool area are a hit for kids to have fun and the lifeguards are wonderful. Overall, this resort is a great option for families with lots of fun water activities, excellent staff and amenities for all ages.
