The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the buffet offered a wide range of choices that our daughter loved. The hotel is also very accommodating to pets, which was a plus for us. The location of the hotel is perfect, just outside the city wall, but still close enough to easily explore the beautiful city. Our only suggestion would be for the hotel to inform families that interleading rooms are available, which would have been more convenient for us. Our teenagers enjoyed their stay and loved the black horse in front of the entrance. The only minor issues we had were the crowded breakfast area and a malfunctioning closet in the family room. Overall, a great experience for families visiting Rothenburg ob der Tauber.
