The breakfast at Holiday Inn Express St Croix Valley, an IHG Hotel was a highlight for many guests with a variety of fresh and hot options available each morning. The breakfast bar was consistently well stocked and clean and options like yogurt and banana combos, breakfast sandwiches and good coffee were especially appreciated. Despite COVID restrictions, the hotel offered prepackaged items and individual servings to ensure guest safety while still providing plenty of choices to choose from. While some guests wished for a wider selection or hot breakfast options at no additional cost, overall the breakfast exceeded expectations and was a great start to each day of their stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, making the breakfast experience even more pleasant.
