The rooms are tastefully decorated and well-appointed with kitchens, dining tables and balconies, perfect for families. There are some issues with wear and tear, but overall the rooms are clean and spacious. It is nice to have the amenities of a kitchen and laundry and the Lather bath products smell wonderful. The location is great with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and easy access to the beach. While some rooms are showing their age, the spaciousness and comfort of the suites make Beach House Suites a good choice for a beach vacation.

Though some rooms could use a good spring cleaning, overall they are clean and comfortable with fresh linens and stocked baths. The staff is helpful and cleaning is not daily, so it perfect suits the needs of most guests. The pool, hot tub and lounging area are always immaculate, offering a relaxing atmosphere. While some guests reported minor issues with cleanliness or dated room conditions, the majority found the rooms to be ultra-clean, well-maintained and comfortable.

The staff of Beach House Suites by the Don CeSar are exceptional and add to the overall pleasant experience at the hotel. The managers are great, the pool and housekeeping staffs are wonderful and the front desk agents, especially Charlie, McKay and Amy are super friendly and go out of their way to accommodate guests. Other staff members such as Chris, Porsche and Fabian also provide top-notch customer service. Every staff member greets guests every time they see them, making for great customer service. Although housekeeping could be an issue, the front desk staff are quick to take care of it. The shuttle driver also receives high praise for their excellence. The hotel is lovely and the management is receptive to guests' needs. However, there could be more staff available during peak check-in and check-out times. Despite this, guests felt that they were well-taken care of and had a great time at the hotel.

Guests can enjoy a great view of the pool and the beach from the balconies that overlook the pool and the bar. The heated outdoor pool is great and wasn't crowded during our stay. Palm trees and thick foliage obstruct the view from some balconies, but most offer an awesome balcony view of the pool and ocean. Guests can use the facilities and beach at the main resort as well as their own. Big balconies, beach and pool towels included and easy access to the beach, pool, parking, etc., are great amenities. The pool, hot tub and lounging area were immaculate and relaxing. The pool and bar staff are great and the beachfront service and bar were awesome too! Although the pool bar and restaurant were closed, we loved using the pool at the Don Cesar too! The pool area and beach were beautiful and well-taken care of and we enjoyed spoiling our ability to enjoy peaceful time on the nice balcony. Overall, the amenities at the hotel are fantastic, but some rooms need updates.

It is a comfortable and overall good place to stay, but the distance from the main Don CeSar and limited facilities may not be worth the high price for some guests.
