While there is no kids' animation or disco, the hotel has plenty of other activities to keep children entertained. There is a small round kid's pool and a sheltered sea area in a small "harbour" that is ideal for small children to enjoy the sea. The hotel also has 2 swimming pools heated for children. Parents with babies will appreciate the baby bar. The location of the hotel is fantastic with a private beach and plenty of shops right outside. For those on the all-inclusive package, there is food and drink available all day at the snack bar by the pool and on the private beach. Although some guests noted that there were fewer activities for younger children and the inside kids area was closed, the hotel received praise for its facilities, including a club for kids and the variety of food on the all-inclusive buffet. Overall, the Astor Garden Hotel is a perfect choice for families looking for a budget-friendly holiday, but don't come with expectations for a 5-star resort.
