The location of the hotel is convenient, being close to restaurants and having a beautiful lobby. The rooms are clean, comfortable and some even have heated floors. There is something for everyone with hot tub options ranging from personal ones to 4-person hot tubs on the balcony. While some guests faced issues with the hot tub, the staff was prompt in fixing it. The large in-room bathtubs and jacuzzi tubs on the balcony are an added luxury to the experience. Privacy partitions and fences between hot tubs were suggested by guests as areas of improvement. Overall, Newpark Resort is a great place to stay with amazing hot tub options!
