Guests appreciate the stunning design and artwork throughout the hotel and many would love to return for a longer stay. While some guests may have experienced a few issues with the Jacuzzi being cold, the overall experience is outstanding. Some guests do not believe that the hotel is a true 5-star experience, but others describe it as a magnifique and maravillosa place with excellent personal service, food, drinks, location and facilities that made their stay fabulous, wonderful and incredible.
