The Condado Ocean Club boasts a fantastic location in the heart of Condado with access to the beach and many nearby restaurants and attractions. Guests can walk to restaurants on the main strip, as well as to shops and popular beaches, while also enjoying great views of the ocean from their rooms and the pool. The hotel is conveniently located near the La Concha Hotel and Casino, CVS and many bars and restaurants. While some guests noted that the beach in front of the hotel is rocky, overall the location was seen as perfect for guests' needs with many describing it as "great," "good," or "fantastic."

The pool bar staff were particularly outstanding and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We were impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff at the restaurant, which was never crowded. Despite a few concerns related to the service being slow due to COVID-19, the staff worked so hard to make our stay enjoyable. Liza, Kio and Rolando were exceptional and made our experience memorable. Their customer service skills are unmatched. The front desk staff were also helpful despite a few negative reviews online. In general, the level of customer service we received was fantastic and we recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality, enjoyable experience.
