The valet guy Sean stood out as an amazing and extremely helpful staff member. Forest, our server by the pool, delivered outstanding service. Although there were some minor issues with check-in, the staff was mostly nice and super courteous. The hotel has a great location that is close to everything and the staff does an excellent job of making you feel welcome. Even though there were a few negative reviews about the receptionists being unwelcoming or intrusive, these instances were rare and the staff is generally exceptional. The Kimpton Canary Hotel is an excellent choice for travelers seeking luxurious accommodations with exceptional staff service.

With outstanding pool service provided by the server, Forest, guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool while basking in great views. The pool area is brand new and comes with an upper deck, a fully stocked bar and endless complimentary water bottles. Guests appreciate the pool's small yet cozy size and the fact that it's nice at sunset. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are clean and spacious. Unfortunately, there is no pool available for some rooms. However, those who had access to the rooftop pool and bar had an amazing time. Just be sure to reserve your pool time beforehand, as spots book fast. Overall, guests loved the pool at Kimpton Canary Hotel and would certainly recommend it to anyone visiting.
